Every gift you give opens the doors to Camp Kindling and disciples the generations.

Planting seeds for generational harvest

When you give to Camp Kindling, you are partnering with us to spread the Good News of Jesus,  starting in North Carolina and branching out to communities across our nation and world. To give so the younger generations have a place to gather for discipleship and community growth is a gift that could last for generations. We know that one moment, one day, one week can change a life.

ways to give

1. give to keep our camp running

Camp Kindling is on 33 acres in Kannapolis NC. The camp began as a girl scout camp in the 1940s and has impacted thousands of people in our communities over the years. The camp sat vacant for a season after shutting down in 2020 but after reopening its doors, we are slowly bringing it back to life. There are multiple buildings and spaces at camp that need attention and care. We would love for you to pray about being a giving partner to support the present and future needs.  Also, giving your time at our work days helps with sharing the work load at camp.

2. give to sponsor campers in need

Many of our families are on limited income and need financial assistance for their children to be a part of different activities at camp. We have a camp policy that no child is turned away for financial reasons.  Our prayer is that every child that needs to come is fully supported by churches and families in our area. Giving a child the gift of a summer camp can completely change their lives and gives them an experience of being fully loved and fully surrounded by joy. Last year alone we gave away more than $10,000 in sponsorships to invest in the children of our communities.
