We know it is our mission to train disciple leaders through community and creativity.We have multiple ways we connect and teach the younger generations throughout the year, but one of our most beloved is our Camp Counselor training weekend.
During this weekend, our camp counselors will receive a free overnight retreat at Camp Kindling. Lodging and food will be provided for students for the 2 1/2 days. They will then take what they have learned and volunteer to help serve our kids' day Camp or our Middle school camp. We ask that our camp counselors commit to attending the training weekend AND serving kids' camp or middle school camp before signing up. You cannot attend the camp counselor weekend if you are not planning on serving at either the Kids Summer Camp Week or our Middle School retreat. Please fill out which serving experience (or both!) you are interested in learning more about.
Feeling nervous about serving? There are lots of ways that different personalities can serve at Camp. So whether you are outgoing or a bit shy, just know we will work with you on ways for you to lead and love our campers.
