Whether it be our Camp Classes, Summer Camp, Retreats, or fun camp activities, your child's safety is very important to us and is not something we take lightly. Please click on, read and fill out your child's waiver form at the WAIVER link below before coming to camp events. This form is required for them to participate in camp activities.

I authorize camp staff to administer basic first aid when appropriate.

I give permission for emergency medical treatment if emergency contacts 1 and 2 cannot be reached.

I understand that a packed lunch and water bottle is required every day.

I understand that my child will not be able to attend classes until this form AND the camp waiver are filled out.

I give permission for my child to be photographed and/or recorded during camp classes and activities. I understand that these photos or videos may be used by the camp for promotional purposes, including the camp website, social media, newsletters, printed materials, and other camp-related communications.
